Alexandre Lubot currently serves since end 2015 as Chief Executive Officer of Match Group Europe. The Match Group (MTCH) is the world’s dating services leader owning 45+ brands including Match, Meetic, OKCupid and Tinder. Alexandre is responsible for Meetic and other European brands and focuses on the further expansion of the Match Group businesses within the region.
He joined the group in 2011 as Chief Marketing Officer of Meetic Europe and got appointed CEO of Meetic Europe in 2013. Through these assignments, Alexandre led Meetic mobile transformation; the numerous innovations and changes he implemented drove the company’s organic growth as well as reinforced brand positioning across Europe.
Prior to that, Alexandre spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held various operational and strategic positions in France and abroad, both in brand marketing and in business leadership roles.
Alexandre holds a master’s in management from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris)
