  • Alexandre Lubot Chief Executive Officer

    Alexandre Lubot currently serves since end 2015 as Chief Executive Officer of Match Group Europe. The Match Group (MTCH) is the world’s dating services leader owning 45+ brands including Match, Meetic, OKCupid and Tinder. Alexandre is responsible for Meetic and other European brands and focuses on the further expansion of the Match Group businesses within the region.

    He joined the group in 2011 as Chief Marketing Officer of Meetic Europe and got appointed CEO of Meetic Europe in 2013. Through these assignments, Alexandre led Meetic mobile transformation; the numerous innovations and changes he implemented drove the company’s organic growth as well as reinforced brand positioning across Europe.

    Prior to that, Alexandre spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held various operational and strategic positions in France and abroad, both in brand marketing and in business leadership roles.

    Alexandre holds a master’s in management from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris)

  • Mårten Forste Chief Operations Officer

    With a Master degree of Laws from Lund University (Sweden), Marten Forste joined Meetic Group in 2011 as Country Manager for the Nordic Region. Since 2015, Marten is Chief Operations Officer responsible for market operations and customer care. Marten has a strong track record and international experience of successfully managing operations in digital B2C business such as for the international online gaming company Expekt, where he had worked since 2005, holding positions as Country Manager Sweden and Head of Field Marketing.

  • Christophe Ozimek Chief Information Officer

    With a Master degree in Physics from Paris 6 University, Christophe Ozimek joined the Meetic Group in 2009 as IT Operations Director, focusing on overall IT infrastructure simplification and modernization to sustain the group transformation to a Data driven, mobile oriented and agile company. Christophe took the role of Chief Information Officer in August 2015. He started his career in IT consulting, working mainly for Telco & Web clients. During 7 years, he built a strong IT technical background. He moved from IT consultant to IT Operations Director position in 2006 with the company AOL where he initiated a number of transformation programs such as building a new information system to sustain next generation bundle offers for ADSL, TV, Phone, or an offshore outsourcing program.

  • Emilie de Fautereau Brand & Consumers Director

    With a degree from ESCP Europe, Emilie de Fautereau started her career at Orangina Suntory France twelve years ago. Working in both the strategic and operational marketing fields, Emilie transformed Oasis and Schweppes into the popular brands they are today. Working at Oasis, she was able to modernise the brand turning it into the first truly French 'social brand'. At Schweppes, she developed a multi-channel advertising campaign for continental Europe to engage millennials: offline via events and partnerships as well as online through its destination website villaschweppes.com. Emilie joined Meetic in 2015 as Brand & Consumers Director responsible for driving growth, brand and consumer strategy across the group’s European markets.

  • Sylvie Oudin Human Resources Director

    After studying English and German at the Lyon University and being graduated from ESSEC business school in “Management General International” degree, Sylvie Oudin joined the Meetic Group in 2015 as Human Resources Director. Sylvie started her HR career at General Electric focusing on International Mobility. She then moved to European HR Director roles in different industries: manufacturing, real estate and consulting.

  • Elisabeth Peyraube Chief Financial Officer

    With a degree from EDHEC business school in 1995, Elisabeth Peyraube started her career as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen in Paris. She then spent 4 years in the US in the videogame business: established the New York Operations for Ubisoft and worked as financial controller for Crave Entertainment in Los Angeles. Back in France in 2002, Elisabeth Peyraube joined the American payroll services company ADP - Automated Data Processing- where she served as CFO of ADP GlobalView Europe. She helped in achieving record growth of this strategic division, covering 10 countries in Europe. In 2008, Elisabeth Peyraube moved to the Internet sector. She worked as CFO of Metaboli - European leader of pc games digital distribution (subscription based business & retail business).

  • Stéphane Lebas Chief Product Officer

    Graduated from the École Centrale de Marseille, Stéphane Lebas joined the Meetic Group in 2014 as Chief Product Officer for Europe, dedicated to user experience transformation and mobile growth acceleration. He start as a consultant for Andersen Consulting and Gemini Telecom & Media and then spent a large part of his career at SFR and so becoming an expert in mobile ecosystems. Stéphane took over many positions in Marketing and Product departments working on various topics such as user experience digitalization, mobile payments, big data operators monetization and mobile applications development. Before joining the Meetic Group, Stéphane founded his own company, focused on “Analytics as a Service” for emerging countries.

  • Christophe Simmer Chief Analytics Officer

    With a degree from Institut National des Télécommunications, Christophe Simmer began his career with the consulting company Accenture. During 7 years he managed Business Intelligence and IT implementation projects for media and telco customers. He joined Meetic in 2010 as Methods and quality director to support business units in the optimization of their processes, methods and tools. In September 2011 he takes the lead of analytics department, in charge of statistical and business analysis.

  • Alistair Shrimpton Director of Development

    Alistair Shrimpton joined Meetic in 2007 as the Managing Director of the UK operations. Following the merger of the Meetic and Match.com European companies in 2009, Alistair subsequently led the Meetic European Online Services Division. He is now responsible for managing the key European strategic partnerships and leads the European M&A. Alistair also holds the Executive responsibility for The Match Group inventory and data monetisation business in Europe, managing the internalised advertising operations and commercial teams across the portfolio of European sites, including Meetic, Match.com. Friendscout24, Lexa.nl, Tinder, Twoo and OK Cupid. Alistair was formerly Managing Director of Skype in the UK having moved in to the Internet space in 1999 as Managing Director for the internet recruitment company Jobline.
